We need more detail in order to help you. Are you saying the link above (https://flowcode.co.uk/accounts/login/reset/) is not allowing you to reset your password?

Your v9 forum login is the same as your MatrixTSL/Flowcode account. I think you can reset the password here:

The issue that seems to be causing most problem is the username and password for the new V9 forum is the same as your Matrix/Flowcode user account and *NOT* the login details of this forum.

The image you posted shows you are trying to log in with this forum login details, but the new forum uses the login details for your MatrixTSL/Flowcode account, and *NOT* the old this forum login.

If you are still having problems, please give more details and we'll try to help.

I don't think there will be, so you will have to upgrade to v9. That said, I believe the ESP chippack will be freely available to all v9 customers.
