Re: Using PIC18F66K80 and Flowcode 5
Thanks
I was going to upgrade to V5 due to the Encoder Macro. Will I be able to get all 4 of the PWM Channels working on V4 without the upgrade?

Using PIC18F66K80 and Flowcode 5
Hi I am going to start off saying that I have no idea about C coding. I need to start a new project and I am going to need at least 4 PWM channels. Pic PIC18F66K80 has 5 although I have had problems trying to use them in V4, although apparently in V5 they should work fairly easily - is this true? Th...

Re: Accurate Pulse Counting
Hi I have hit a snag... I have put all the required components onto a proto type board (I have attached a shcematic) and I have used the off the shelf program downloaded the Matrix site (also attached) and chanced the pin outs to suite the board. The LCD works fine so as far. I have placed a 10K pul...

Accurate Pulse Counting
Hi, I am using a PIC16f690 and want to count the number of pulses which occur in a set period. The max count will be around 400 per second, I would like to keep a short update time as possible (so perhaps 100 max counts every 250ms). I would like to try and only use the internal clock and reduce the...

Re: 4-20mA current loops
Hi I know this is an old thread, but I have just come up with a very similar project. I was just hoping to use a 250 Ohm resister between the Analogue Input and ground and go from 1-5Vdc. I will use a bit of signal conditioning as well in the program. Does anyone see a potential issue with this? Gra...

Re: Help - Timing errrors, PSU errors & EB-005 errors
Hi Ben Finaly able to look into this again... I have bought a new EB005 board, but still not working. I have connected a 5Vdc supply, and still nothing. I have attached my program, please can you look through the settings and ensure they are all ok? The simulation works ok, but only the LED flashes ...

Re: Help - Timing errrors, PSU errors & EB-005 errors
Hi Ben Thanks for you help. I now believe the EB-005 is blown as you mentioned, I will need to get a new one. My timing issues have now somehow sorted itself out, I have no idea why.The HS setting is now ok, I think it may have something to do with the blown LCD being attached. I am using version 4....

Help - Timing errrors, PSU errors & EB-005 errors
I am new here, and I have come accros some teething problems. Firstly, I am using EB006 Multiprogrammer, after finally getting the PPP working (and getting my chip to stay wedged onto the board - needed to invest in a ZIF socket) I have managed to ID the chip, which is great. I can even write some s...
