FLOWCODE 3.6 and PPP vrs WINDOWS 7

I just changed my workstation, and it use WINDOW 7, when I try to install my Flowcode Ver 3.6 , and when the PPP is being installed the system show me an error “DPInst.exe does not execute on your current Operating System”, and the option of configuration does not work, Why? what can I do ? Thanks

I not sure if Flowcode V3 has an option / function to count an external signal coming from a external sensor (hall sensor of photodiode), this is to create a Tachometer, I need to control a speed of gas engine and show a RPM in 7seg display or LCD

I just re program 2 chips ATMEGA 32 using a low clock (250Khz) and the original fuses ware reset, but I still have problems with ATMEGA48 (3CHPS) I not sure the fuses programmed, what Can I do to recovery from the lock-up

Dear Sir:

Finaly the C Code Works OK, I had to chage from DS1820 to DS18B20, I tested the circuit but when the temp. donw under 0.0°C , shows doble “-“ example -05.-45°C or -15.-74°C, one for units and second for decimals.
