Windows 7 usb driver

The install of the usb driver fails because the installer does not recognise the operating system. Pity, because I think the driver for Vista will work (same architecture). Is there a solution or workaround?

Hello

No Vista does not work either, it is something key that Microsoft has now changed so you can no longer use the DPInst executable to pre install drivers.

There is a documented workaround available from here.

Hi,
I've the exact same problem except I can't use the workaround since the buggy doesn't appear on the device manager !
What should I do ?

EDIT: I've just noticed that when I plug the buggy and switch it on, only the green light D3 turns on, no red light like it should be..
Any idea ?

Hello,

Download and run the buggy programming software BuggyProg.

Then connect your formula flowcode to the PC using a USB cable and switch it on, the USB led D3 should flash.

If your drivers are installed correctly you will get a message in the BuggyProg software that the device is connected correctly.

If the drivers are not installed then you can download them from here.

Pressing the reset button on the buggy or unplugging and replugging the USB should allow you to try again.
