ECIO40P not installing on windows 8.1

i have tried severally to install the ECIO40P driver from my flowcode 4 cd on my system windows 8.1 but still not working
please i need our assistance thanks

Hi kenstan,
Welcome to Matrix forums.
Please don't ask the same question twice, I have removed your other post.
I believe its down to forced drivers signature on windows 8, which requires disabling first.
To do that take a look here
