EB006-00-09 could not work

Dear all
Is there any way to re-initialize the EB006 board? When I power on the board, the LED D10 keeps flushing and then if I connect the board to my computer via the USB line, the device could not be identified under Universal Serial Bus devices -> WinUsb Device, and the windows keeps broadcasting the sound of pulling out devices. And then, if I run the mLoader, the sound stops and the devices is stored in "Human Interface Device"
Image

And the information of the board shown on the interface of the mLoad is wrong, but mLoad is able to send files to the board and it shows success. I wonder why. My board is EB006-00-09 and it is misregarded as a wrong device.

Is there any one could help me with this problem? I think this problem is not because of the USB driver, because another EB006 board could be correctly recognized and the hardware is named as EB006 multiprogrammer in the Custom USB devices section.

Thanks a lot!

Thank you so much, it's working properly now.

But it is still happening not just with me, and not just with the board that I'm using :(

What we need to avoid to not enter in this mode again?

Hello,

If you run mLoader while the prog light is flashing then mLoader will try to load on new firmware and overwrite the firmware on the EB006. Therefore just ensure that the LED is not flashing before sending a program. I am looking into making this a bit cleaner so this problem is no longer possible.

I uploaded the firmware and the board ran normal, but if I turn off the power and turn on again, the board enters the bootloader mode again.
This only happens with the PIC16F1937. When I replace for the PIC16F88, I don't have this problem.

I'll try to replace the PIC1937 for a new one and see what happens.

Hello,

Thank you for the FAQ topic, but i don't leave the boot loader mode. I try power up the board with or without the USB cable, but D10 is already flashing. PortA is not plugged with eblock...

Thank a lot !

Hello,

If you leave the board powered for say half an hour then does the LED eventually stop flashing?

If not then you can try this...

Get the file from the FAQ and use the latest mLoader to program the firmware hex file "EB006-00-9v8 170215.hex". mLoader should detect the board as the ECIO40P16 while the Prog LED is flashing.

Latest mLoader - http://www.matrixtsl.com/resources/getr ... php?id=884

Hopefully this should solve the problem.
