configuration word wanted

Hi,

I am looking for the configuration words for the following pics

PIC16F877A

PIC16F73

Can anybody point me in the right direction please

Hi Steve

See section 14.1 of the 16F877A datasheet.

Should be a similar section for the 16F73 device.

i found that my mplab software has a part that generates config words,
looking at page 90 on the PIC16F73 chip

the following settings where set as

oscillator - xt
watchdog - off
powerup reset - on
brownout - off
code proctect - off

the following returned a value of 3FB1
can anybody explain how this value was obtained as i don't understand it ..
