Hello. We will hopefully have a copy of Flowcode to download towards the middle or end of this month, barring any problems. CD availability will follow that shortly.

We are currently putting together some instructional videos on how to use any new features which we will soon upload to our YouTube channel. These should help show a bit of a preview about what is available. We'll post details on the forum after they're uploaded.

Of course I'm joking. I really hope you like what we've done with it.

We have made a lot of changes to the way this product is ordered and to tell you the truth I am nervous. This is why we are releasing it quietly.

We will make more of a fuss about it in the next few days.

(And please don't tell anyone I said it was ok to buy it!)

I just tried to download an upgrade, from 4.5 to 5 pro.
but when I go to Shopping cart is the final amount of £ 199 I think have previously seen, for discount on an upgrade, so I do not really understand. I also wrote my CD license code. maybe you can help

I filled in

1. Select Flowcode Variant: PIC

2. Select License Type: Professional

3. Company / Username: The exact name I used with my license.

4. Email Address: Idem as above

5. Discount code : Not filled in

6. Previous CD code : My license code I received via Email after activation.

After this the screen changed and my 50% discount appeared

That's all what I do.

I think the "CD code" or the "activation code" can be used when upgrading. I will check with Ben today to make sure this is ok.

Hi Steve,

I used the "activation code" because it's very easy to just copy/paste from an Email.

PS : I started a new project this morning with V5 and it works like a charm

I have just checked this and both your CD key and your activation key should be accepted by this form. Just make sure you enter the entire key and you should get your upgrade discount.

I prefer try before purchase because I found lots of bugs in the V4 for pic and DsPIC release so if it's possible, I prefer try a limited demo.

I purchased Flowcode V5 upgrade yesterday. During the checkout, I entered the license code from my V4 CD case, but the V5 upgrade price continued to show GBP 199. I expected to get the 50% discount after the V4 license code was verified. Later in the day I got an email from WorldPay indicating that I had been charged full price. I may have complicated the purchase by adding 3 E-blocks to the order.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Mac,

I'm afraid the price shown in the cart is the price you are going to pay. The Flowcode upgrade form has a couple of minor teething problems at the moment which we are working on. For anyone using the form it will show you when a valid discount is available before you click the buy button. Clicking off a field in the form will allow the changes to be loaded.

If you send me a PM containing your current v5 license key and also the key you used on the upgrade form then I will make sure you are refunded the difference.

Edit: I think the form should now be working correctly. If anyone has any problems with it then let me know.

Previously bought the Pic TEFLCSI5 Flowcode for professional licenses.
Unfortunately I can not download the Flowcode5 program.
