UHF RFID experience.

Post by juliansilver »

Hi MM Forum.

I am currently discussing MM products for use in RFID. Do you know of anyone that has experience in UHF RFID using MM processors – preferably ECIO. I would like to build a doorway reader and a wand type reader scanner. The potential for this is many thousands of units if the job comes off so it’s worth a little of someone’s time.

Regards…Jules

Hi Jules,

I would like a bit more information, do you intend to use a specific RFID reader and interface it to a micro controller programmed with Flowcode? Or is you intention to create the actual reader using Flowcode? Or do you just want to use ECIO and use another programming environment?
Feel free to use PM to reply privately.

Jac

Hello,

Sounds like an interesting project. Could the wand and the door readers be built using the RFID E-blocks or would you be using your own RFID modules or circuitry?
