Problème de licence Résolu !!

Hello Benj,
For Christmas I got a Dell laptop. I wanted to install my Flowcode 6. I therefore recover the Matrix website and on my own, the license file and the activation key. I confirm the software validation.
I start Flowcode smoothly.
By the time I wanted to open one of my files that I work, an error message appeared:

Failed to open document.
Attribute <start> is no found

What happens to you. Can you help me.

Pour Noël j'ai eu un portable Dell. Je voulais installer mon Flowcode 6. J'ai donc récupérer sur le site Matrix et sur mon compte, le fichier de licence et la clé d'activation. Le logiciel m'a confirmer la validation.
J'ai lancer Flowcode sans problème.
Au moment ou j'ai voulu ouvrir un de mes fichiers sur lequel je travail, un message d'erreur est apparu:

Failed to open document.
Attribute< start> is no found

Que ce passe t'il. Pouvez vous m'aider.

Hi Pascal

Flowcode does allow you to install on more than on PC at a time, but you can only have one copy open at once.
So its unlikely to be a licence problem, especially if its activated ok. Plus it would still run as a 30day trial anyway. (I think)

I've not seen this error myself.
Have you tried creating a new flowchart, say a simple led flasher to check everything.
Only thing I can think of is the version you have installed on the new pc is slightly older than the one you created the file with you are opening.

Matrix are closed for the Christmas holidays until 5th Jan. So you may not get an reply from them till next week.
