Voici la solution à mon problème pour celui qui aurait les mêmes difficultés que moi.
Pour ouvrir une image avec l’écran Picaso, il faut d’abord la convertir l’image en .Gci.
Pour cela il faut installer le logiciel Workshop 4 ide de la marque 4d sytems.

Dans ce logiciel il y a un utilitaire « Graphics composer » qui permet d’effectuer cette conversion facilement (par exemple de .jpeg vers Gci).
Une fois l’image convertie il suffit de la mettre dans le SDcard de l’écran puis de la lire grâce à la fonction Flowcode ci-dessous.
