For Flowcode to be able to use a 3rd party programmer there must be a command line tool available. The command line tool mentioned in the other thread may have now been updated to allow the PICstart to work correctly.
If not then you will have to compile using Flowcode and then program by loading the compiled hex file using the standard PICstart programming software.
