key entering

I have entered a license key about a month ago but a few days ago it has expired. At this time I realized I have forgotten to enter the second key.
I tried to re-enter the key and to reinstall flowcode but it still didn't work.

My question is if there is something I have to do before entering the key again or is it possible that just I misspelled the username or the key code?
