LCD component is V1.3

How can I become this LCD Compnent Version 1.3. My Flowcode V3 with the new update has only V1.2. And I have the sam problems with 4Mhz Clock.

The v1.3 of the LCD is in the latest update which should be available tomorrow.

But I'm not sure if it will fix this 4MHz problem. We have tried and failed to replicate this issue, and the v1.3 update fixes a string issue (although I have slightly changes the sending timing as well).
