FC6 minimises when loading V5 flowchart.

When loading an FC5 Flowchart, after on occasions asking to save twice, Flowcode then minimises so you have to select it's icon (e.g on the task bar) to maximise in order for it to be in the foreground.
I't does not do this when loading .fcfx extension.

Bizzare. I'll have a look into the loading twice issue as well, and see why this is happening. Did the minimise only happen once?

It only minimises once, and just when first save as window appears.
So you only see the save as window as Flowcode is then minimised.
