Configuration settings warning.

I would like to see a pop up message appear when compiling to hex or target device if configuration settings are not preset like it is with 16F877a for example, and been left on default settings.
Default settings is one of the most common reasons for hardware not working.
So if left on default settings, rather then people asking why there project is not working, a pop up message could appear explaining and also perhaps have a clickable link where more information is available.
With the warning message perhaps an option to continue or to alter settings.
With alter settings, when its clicked on, the configuration settings are then opened for you.
would be good to more user friendly for beginners.
