Remember "Project Options" layout
It would be helpful if the geometry of the Project Options window would be remembered and not reset to default size. When working on chip configuration I constantly need to resize it (and the size of the colums) after opening the window.

I feel like it should already do this, i will add this as a to our internal software for tracking features/bugs
