Keep numeric property values as entered

Currently all numeric property values are displayed in decimal even when entered in hexadecimal or binary. For masks (CAN component) it would be nice to be able to enter them in binary and have them displayed the way they are entered or have the option to specify the base to use for displaying a property (independent for each property, to be specified by the user, not the component builder).

Hi Jac,

Believe it or not I posted a similar requirement into the bug tracking system in march 2013 and I've just checked and it's still there. Hopefully it's one that gets some attention soon. I'll add some more comments to it to try and get it bumped up in priority.
