Event for Project Option changes

To be able to update values depending on calculations related to the clock speed of the project (or other project settings) an event needs to be fired. Currently the only way (I know of) to recalculate is to reload/re-open the project.

Hi Jac,

I thought the FCD change event would allow this to happen but testing it it doesn't seem to work for clock speed changes so I've added it to the bugs list.

I have created an example which reloads the value on a property change event so if you change the clock speed then simply change the state of the yes/no property and this should allow the new clock speed to be pulled in.
