Currently if I want to reduce the size of the System or Dashboard panels, then having to drag the corners which not only proportionally reduce size of the components, but components also disappear out of view.
The you will have to resize components which is awkward if reduced too much
A crop function would be very useful, or let panels on v6 work in a similar fashioned to V5.
I.e drag to reduce size and leave components same size as they were.

Hi Martin
Interesting thought, but did you know that you can hold down the Ctrl key and then use mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out?

Re: Crop Function for System & Dashboard Panels
Hi Leigh
You can do the similar thing with zooming in/out, but the components keep moving and resizing so you have to group and move several times to get it right.
Then if you want to add a another component , you will need to zoom out , then all components realize so are smaller than intended.
Takes a fair bit of time .
Whereas crop or drag corner and components not recognizing is instant.
Perhaps the simplest method would be a check box to stop components auto resizing?
Yes I did,but thanks.LeighM wrote:ut did you know that you can hold down the Ctrl key and then use mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out?
