Choosing clock for timer 1 of pic16f1825

Hello!
In the last project I need a high clock for the timer1. I found out out, that timer1 works with the choosed internal frequency (tmr1cs = 01) up to 16mhz. With pll the timer1 is connected only to 8mhz.
For the pic16f1829 is still the same. Is it possible to apply in the timer1 setup box the point foscillator additional to foscillator/4?
