Flash last Hex button

Hi,
I often program from FC direct to the chip (compile to chip) with my PicKit3.
Now when the code gets big you have to wait for some time to compile and program.
If you forget to put back your PicKit after testing on to the project you have to repeat the compile to chip function.
It will be pleased when there is a Flash last compiled hex file button.
