Apologies this isn't in the correct thread.
We are looking to purchase the following for a project to be on permanent display

would this come with the white backing board like the following kit

further, now that we have the 4 digit display working, are these purchasable from Matrix?

The board in the first link you sent is the board only and does not include the backing board. We can certainly supply this too though.

I think we can also do the 4-digit display for you, it's something we use internally so I don't see why not.
