Your file compiles ok for me, but your error message translates as "the system cannot find the specified file", so it could be an installation issue or perhaps something on your PC is interfering with the compilation process (for example, sometimes antivirus software can block it).
I suggest you reinstall Flowcode. There may also be an issue with short path names, so you could perhaps try enabling legacy 8.3 file creation in your OS before reinstalling, or alternatively install in a location without spaces in the path.

It seems that this file does not exist in the folder:
C:\Program Files\Flowcode 7\compilers\pic16\batchfiles\pic16_C30_comp.bat

Have you got a folder C:\Program Files\Flowcode 7\compilers\pic16?
