mLoader + MIAC and CoDeSys security dongle (Workaround)

Driver: used the digitally signed one provided here: http://www.matrixtsl.com/mmforums/viewt ... =2&t=16552
Applies to : V6, V7 (V5 was not tested.)

Steps to reproduce problem:
- Put CoDeSys security dongle (codemeter) to any of the usb ports.
- Plug in Miac (used V2)
- Try to program it using mLoader application or from Flowcode.

Problem symptoms:
When dongle was plugged in, the mLoader just asks to reset the device, and seems to not detect it, even tough it shows up on the device manager.

Workaround:
When dongle was unplugged from usb and reset was hit again, device programmed fine.
