USB Protocol Analyser

Post by Sparkoids »

Many many moons ago I seem to remember a USB Protocol Analyser on this site but now I can't find it and need to look at USB signals.

Is such a device still available please?

Hi James,

Ellisys do an analyser but it's quite expensive, we have an old one that gets brought out every so often.

Wireshark now has software USB debugging capabilities and is free to download and use.

The only other thing I can think of is the USBee which is no longer available but a cracking bit of kit for analysing and decoding various comms buses.
