There is an issue with the simulation.
7Seg0 is on the right.
If you only select 1 number of 7Segs then no digits are displayed if you choose Digit 0 within the component.
The only way to see the simulation working with 1 number of 7Segs selected is to choose Digit 5 within the component.
This is the reverse as to expected.

With ShowDigit, if you hover over Digit within the parameters, then the wording 'Which of the four digits to change (0 to 5)' is shown.
With ShowSegments, if you hover over Digit within the parameters, then the wording 'Which of the four digits to change (0 to 3)' is shown.

I've now fixed these problems Just looking through Jorgen's thread now to see if I can work through these issues too.
