It should work, im kinda busy so if you can find a list of command line parameters, and the command line programmer software and post a link i will see if i can figure it out for you, another option is to compile to hex in flowcode then program the hex using avr studio

Despite being in the free forum, we now own a full AVR Flow Code 5 version license.

Hi

I dont have a dragon but try the programmer setting in your config see image below, this assumes you have the avr dragon command line tool installed, you may have to change the location to suit your pc
