Was looking for a replacement psu for a mate for his cctv cameras when i remembered this post

WS2812B vs WS2812

According to the supplier http://www.world-semi.com
The LEDs are essentially the same from a data point of view but the later B version,
Has reverse power protection.
Reduction to 4 pins from 6. ( They common'd the Vdd and Vcc supply pins and dropped an unused pins.)
Enhanced brightness, stability and efficiency... blah blah .. its 'newer and better' type of stuff.
