General questions about V5.x and

Post by Errol »

Before I upgrade I have a couple of question.
Where can I find out which LCD displays,Touch controllers and other devices (non PIC) are supported in V5.x?
Is there a down load of V5.x (30 day eval) if so can you supply the URL?
Does V5.x support any of the graphics library from: Microchip, Mikromedia etc. or do you have your own library?

Hi Errol
Where can I find out which LCD displays,Touch controllers
LCD displays that use the HD44780 controller are compatible with flowcode.
The standard e-block is a 2 line 16 character, I made a custom 4 line 20 character one. You just select the display within flowcode
A simple glcd display (eb-057) is avaliable
A LCD with touch is due shortly.(FC5 only)

This is the latest hardware catalogue

You can get info on Flowcode 5 here

Suggest you have a look through these and the rest of Matrix website.
Someone will answer and more questions you have.
FC5 is a fantastic program, well worth upgrading to though you will still need the pro version for the more advanced e-blocks
1 in 10 people understand binary, the other one doesn't !
