Enclosed Switching DC PSU
Highly reliable universal AC input / full range single output enclosed switching power supply products that comply with the RoHS directive.
They have the approval of UL and CE.
They come 100% full load burn-in tested and are protected with overload/over and voltage/short circuit.

Also included is a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.

Choose between a range of 25W, 40W, 60W, 100W, 150W, 240W and now 320W models.

They sell all sorts of other goodies too and they are on ebay also :D

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view.

WS2812B vs WS2812

According to the supplier http://www.world-semi.com
The LEDs are essentially the same from a data point of view but the later B version,
Has reverse power protection.
Reduction to 4 pins from 6. ( They common'd the Vdd and Vcc supply pins and dropped an unused pins.)
Enhanced brightness, stability and efficiency... blah blah .. its 'newer and better' type of stuff.

All good. :)
