The programmer looks like writing, but if I try to read it says "Error reading address 0x0000000000"

Hy Benj

We proceeded as follows

Pic kit dspic30f3014

1Vpp pin connected to pin1, pin MCLR
2vdd pin connected to pin11, 21, 32,40 vdd
3gnd pin connected to pin12, 20, 31, 39 VSS
4pgd pin connected to pin9 PGD / emud
5pgc pin connected to pin8 PGC / EMUC

All VDD pins are disengaged with one capacitor of 100nF to GND

PS. I use an adapter ZIF socket and had no problems so far with any microcontroller

I have not used my dsPIC and not very clear if the configuration bits is good.

resolved

The problem is that the USB port can not give the necessary current programming.
I managed to program using a 5V auxiliary power
