This should be corrected if you rerun "Activate..." (from the help menu).

You can see the changes in changes.txt which will be located:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Flowcode 6\logs
If 64 Bit windows.
or
C:\Program Files\Flowcode 6\logs
If 32 bit windows.
