Just activated FC7 (free) and looking through
I want to use one of the following but cannot find it listed - do I have to purchase a chip pack, will it be included in the future etc etc?

If the device you need is not included in the free version then you will have to buy that chip pack.
The free version only has a limited selection the most popular devices included.

Page 18 has a full list of the devices included in the full version, I suggest you check the chips you need are included before buying a full version.
If the device you need isn't available, you can always try asking Matrix to include it.
