I'm using the mobile phone solution kits and want to test the file: Phone_01.fcf. to check its function.
I used the usb cable to connect the board with my computer and then clicked 'compile to chip' after opened the file.
First, cant id the chip, choose the default (which is right); then the memory is not erased, continue? yes. The compiler did sending program, erasing the PICmicro, writing program memory, but at last it showed that programming failed:<config2>
What's wrong with that? Thank you.

Re: cant download flowcode file to PICmacro
Hi
I have used the same trainer for my student and now the code can be re-written very easily..but for your problem you need to check couple of things like..
1. which version PPPv3 you are using?
2. which version of Flowcode you are using?
3. You can PM me the program as this is commercial version program of MM. I can see is there any issue in configuration or not?
4. You can check EB006 board version and power and USB driver...

Re: cant download flowcode file to PICmacro
Your PPPv3 seems latest and code config seems perfect. It's strange that EB006 is causing issue. Have you tried to detect chip like 16f877 whether it detects or not?

Is there only one target chip on the EB006 board?

Re: cant download flowcode file to PICmacro
Hi everyone, it seems that this problem is same as what I have been experiencing.
There are two target chips. one is for the USB control chip (18F4455) and the other is the PIC16F1937.
Now I am having problems with the LCD showing some strange characters like an 'o' with 2 dots on top and lots of black-filled characters.
The program does upload and the phone board can call and receive calls but the LCD is not displaying anything.
Is there someone that can shed some light on this?
