PIC16 Error messages lineno does not match C code.

For the PIC16 code the line numbers in the error messages from the compiler do not match the line numbers in the generated C code. This makes finding the cause of warnings/errors hard(er).

Hi Jac,

This is a strange one, I'll add it to the list and see if we can work out what's going wrong. Either way this compiler is being changed for v7 so the problem might simply go away.
