I would quite like to see the general layout of the Flowcode windows changed to make it easier to find certain subroutines etc in large programms. Often with a big programs i'm scrolling around the windows trying to find a certain part of my program which often look untidy. A possible solution could be to have Tabs across the top of the GUI screen that could be added and labelled by the user e.g. Main, LCD Display, Switch select etc. These tabs once pressed would show a separate page of the project containing the appropriate code.
