Hi, I have flowcode v4.3.6.61 for avr.
When I try to compile a simple lcd program, it compiles to c code ok.
When I try to compile to hex it throws out the following message:-
Flowcode was unable to compile the flowchart's C code due to the following errors:
If your flowchart contains C code, please review this carefully. If your flowchart contains no C-code or you have thoroughly reviewed the code, contact Technical Support.
FINISHED
Sometimes it also displays the incorrect chip ie 40pin for the atmega324
I am using windows 7 professional 64bit if that helps
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks and regards John

Re: flowcode avr v4 fails to compile
Hi John,
Might be worth uninstalling and reinstalling to see if this helps to resolve the issue.

Re: flowcode avr v4 fails to compile
Hi John
I just wrote a simple lcd hello world chart and it compiled to hex fine.
Can you post your flowchart (as i can see if it compiles to hex here)and also try what benj suggested as it sounds like one of your fcd files may be corrupt
Regards
Dazz

Re: flowcode avr v4 fails to compile
Hi,
Again, sorry for the delay in replying, health issues continue to ruin things..
I installed norton utilities, which found a multitude of errors all over windows.
I corrected these (well, it did!), rebooted and now, it seems to work ok.
I'd like to know, as i'm sure many would, why the windows registry get repeating
errors, like file associations, and missing or corrupt registry entries especially when
no programs have been installed or removed.
Joys of microsoft I suppose!!
Anyway, I just re-compiles to make sure, and everything went ok.
So thankyou for all your help, and again apologies for the delay..
regards john
