FC6 on Wine/Crossover on Linux

Post by kersing »

Request to have Flowcode 6 work on Linux using Wine or Crossover. Ideally including BoostC, however if this can not be done because of the copy protection mechanism using by SourceBoost having FC6 with the other compilers (and in the future may-be xc) would be greatly appreciated.

Current FC6 version crashes during start-up, before anything is displayed.

I would like to see this too. Running Flowcode on a Raspberry Pi or Android device would be very nice indeed.

Flowcode currently relies quite heavily on MFC code so might be worth checking you have all the latest Microsoft libraries installed into Wine to have the best chance of making it work.
