Richmond-Burton Community High School (RBCHS), located in Richmond, Illinois, is a public high school serving students in grades 9–12 from Richmond and neighbouring Spring Grove.

In our STEAM Lab at Richmond Burton high school, we challenge our students to explore, learn and apply a broad range of 21st century technologies. It is important for us to provide the students with modern and exciting equipment, tools, curriculum and resources. We strongly resonate with the vision of Matrix to use in our classroom desktop compact, true-to-life industrial/professional systems, for our students to learn and develop vocational skills.
I rediscovered Matrix when searching the world for an educational CNC. We have been teaching pneumatics for a while and is quite likeable. My personal favourite is the reciprocating circuit, which students also find to be a fun activity. Overall, I think students find pneumatics fun and Matrix equipment is a great platform for them to learn on.
Other Matrix equipment we have covers robotics which is always an exciting subject for students to learn and the Matrix equipment is perfect for our lab.
