The double solenoid valve allows the air supply to be directed to one of two destinations – for example, the extend and retract ports of a double action valve. Switching is controlled by two solenoids, enabling the pneumatic circuit to be operated electrically.
A voltage from 5V to 12V applied across a pair of solenoid sockets switches the valve to a new destination. This setting is then remembered even when the voltage is removed.
Restrictors allow speed control of connected cyinders by slowing the rate at which air can be exhausted.
