The E-Blocks 2 Wi-Fi board allows the E-Blocks system to connect and communicate with an existing Wi-Fi network. It can also be used to create a data access point that other Wi-Fi enabled devices can connect to. Wi-Fi is provided via the popular ESP12F module which is fully certified and ruggedized.
The on-board TCP/IP stack allows for easy communications without the need for a software TCP/IP stack running on the E-Blocks controller.
Example uses include serving HTML webpages, cloud based statistic logging and internet of things (IOT).
If using this board with first generation upstream E-Blocks, then you will need an E-Blocks upstream to E-Blocks 2 downstream connector.
